½ | cup | Peanut oil |
1 | cup | Sour cream |
7 | ounces | Can creamed corn |
1 | cup | Self-rising cornmeal mix |
Directions
Grease and 8-by-8-inch pan. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Beat together the eggs, oil, sour cream and corn. Add the corn meal mix.
Pour into the prepared pan and bake 30-40 minutes.
