| 8 | Artichoke bottoms sprinkled with pepper | |
| 2 | ounces | Brie, cut into 8 pieces |
Directions
Place shrimp and chives on artichoke bottoms. Top with Brie. Place under broiler until cheese is melted. Serve hot; sprinkle with additional chopped chives if desired.
