Shrimp destin

2 pounds Unpeeled large fresh shrimp
¼ cup Chopped green onions
2 teaspoons Minced garlic
1 cup Butter or margarine --

1 tablespoon White wine
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
⅛ teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Coarsely ground pepper
1 teaspoon Dried whole dillweed
1 teaspoon Chopped fresh parsley
2 \N French rolls -- split

\N \N And toasted

Peel and devein shrimp.Saute green onions and garlic in butter until onions are tender. Add shrimp, wine, lemon juice, salt, and pepper; cook over medium heat about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in dillweed and parsley. Spoon shrimp mixture over toasted rolls, and serve immediately. Yield: 4 servings.NOTE: Shrimp Destin may also be served over hot cooked rice instead of rolls, if desired.
