Pecan crunch cookies

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Margarine
1 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Crushed Ruffles potato chips
1 cup Pecans
2 cups Flour
\N pinch Salt

Cream margarine and sugar. Add remaining ingredients and mix well (expect it to be crumbly). Make into balls the size of a walnut.

Flatten with a thick drinking glass dipped in sugar. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 350 degrees on a ungreased cookie sheet. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 06-13-95
