Shrimp appetizers

| 1 | pounds | Large Shrimp, Shelled | 
| 2 | tablespoons | Brandy | 
| 4 | Cloves Garlic, Minced | |
| 1 | dash | Worcestershire Sauce | 
| 3 | tablespoons | Olive Oil | 
| 4 | slices | Pumpernickel | 
| ½ | cup | Roquefort Cheese | 
| Lemon Wedges | ||
| ½ | cup | Cream Cheese, Softened | 
Directions
Preheat the broiler. Heat the oil in a skillet. Add the garlic. Saute the shrimp briefly in the skillet. Remove the shrimp and set aside. 
Combine the Roquefort, the cream cheese, brandy and Worcestershire Sauce in a bowl. Stir thoroughly. Spread the cheese mixture on the pumpernickel slices. Place the pumpernickel slices under the broiler to brown for about 2 minutes. Remove the pumpernickel and place each slice on a plate. Top each slice with one sauteed shrimp. Serve with a lemon slice.
