2 tablespoons | Brandy |

1 dash | Worcestershire Sauce |
3 tablespoons | Olive Oil |
4 slices | Pumpernickel |
½ cup | Roquefort Cheese |
\N \N | Lemon Wedges |
½ cup | Cream Cheese, Softened |
Preheat the broiler. Heat the oil in a skillet. Add the garlic. Saute the shrimp briefly in the skillet. Remove the shrimp and set aside.
Combine the Roquefort, the cream cheese, brandy and Worcestershire Sauce in a bowl. Stir thoroughly. Spread the cheese mixture on the pumpernickel slices. Place the pumpernickel slices under the broiler to brown for about 2 minutes. Remove the pumpernickel and place each slice on a plate. Top each slice with one sauteed shrimp. Serve with a lemon slice.
