Measure | Ingredient |
---|---|
1 \N | Stick (cube) of butter |
1 cup | Sugar |
4 \N | Eggs |
1 can | (16 oz) Hershey's Chocolate Syrup |
1 cup | Flour; sifted |
½ cup | Nuts; optional |
6 tablespoons | Butter |
6 tablespoons | Milk |
1⅓ cup | Sugar |
½ cup | Chocolate chips (bittersweet) |
FROSTING
Cream butter and sugar until mixed. Add eggs - one at a time. Beat well.
Pour Chocolate syrup into mix and stir in. Stir rest of ingredients into mix and put in a 13-½ x 8-¼ x 1-½ pan. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
FROSTING: Mix above ingredients together. Boil one minute. Remove from heat, and add ½ cup chocolate chips (bittersweet). Beat until chocolate chips are melted and frosting thickens. Note: We put a scoop of cool whip on these after they are cut into squares. You can make the brownies thicker or thinner by changing the size of the pan.
