Ingredients

1eachEgg; slightly beaten
¼cupMinced onion
teaspoonSalt
¼teaspoonPepper
cupCondensed vegetable soup
2cupsCereal flakes; crushed

Directions

Soak lid of glazed clay cooker. Mix ingredients thoroughly in the order listed. Shape into loaf and place in cooker, cover. Put into cold oven and turn temperature to 425F. Bake for 1½ hours. From Schlemmertopf Recipe book.
