Clay baker meat loaf

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground beef
1 pounds Minced pork
1 teaspoon Salt
\N \N Pepper; (to taste)
2 \N Eggs
1 cup Dry bread crumbs
1 medium Onion; chopped
2 \N Cloves garlic; chopped
½ cup Ice water
½ cup Tomato juice

Combine all ingredients except tomato juice. Mix well and pat into clay baker, then pour over tomato juice.

Cover and bake at 400 degrees F. for 1-½ hours.
