1Beef bouillon cube
cupHot water (up to)
3slicesBread; crumbled
2teaspoonsSalt
Pepper to taste
1Egg; beaten
cupMilk
¼cupChopped green pepper
½cupChopped onion
¼cupChopped celery
¼cupGrated carrot

Directions

Combine all ingredients, place in large casserole and bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
