Brunch eggs

Yield: 8 servings

Measure Ingredient
8 \N Slices bread,cubed
½ pounds Cheddar cheese,cubed
1 pounds Bacon,crisp fried,
\N \N Crumbled
1 can (4 oz) mushrooms, optional
3 \N Eggs, beaten with:
2 cups Milk
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Dried mustard
\N \N Dash pepper
\N \N Dash paprika

In casserole dish,layer bread,cheese and bacon.Beat others and pour over top.If using mushrooms,drain and pour over top.Bake @ 350 degrees for 50 minutes.

* Best if left in refrigerator overnight and baked in the morning.
