Salata (greek salad)

Ingredients

1Lettuce head; torn into bite-sized pieces
½cupCelery; chopped
3Tomatoes; cut into wedges
1smallOnion (or scallion)
½Green pepper; sliced
6Radishes; sliced
Salt
Pepper
1teaspoonOregano
¼cupOlive oil
3tablespoonsVinegar
Ripe olives (garnish)
Anchovies (garnish)
Feta cheese (garnish)

Directions

Rub wooden salad bowl with clove of garlic. Wash and prepare vegetables; combine in bowl. Add seasonings, oil and vinegar; toss.

Add garnishes.
