| ¾ | cup | Vegetable oil |
| ⅔ | cup | Parmesan cheese -- grated |
| ½ | cup | Red wine vinegar |
| 2 | teaspoons | Dried oregano |
| 1 | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 1 | cup | Croutons -- optional |
Directions
In a large bowl, combine macaroni, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, green onions and pepperoni. In a small bowl, combine, oil Parmesan cheese, vinegar and seasonings; pour over macaroni mixture.
