|1 clove||Garlic, halved|
|1 small||Head lettuce|
|3 \N||Tomatoes, cut in eighths|
|6 \N||Radishes, sliced|
|½ \N||Cucumber, sliced|
|1 small||Bunch green onions|
|½ cup||French dressing|
Have salad bowl very cold. Rub with cut garlic. Break crisp, dry lettuce into bowl. Next, arrange tomatoes on top, then radishes. Add cucumber slices and onions, sliced thin. Sprinkle with parsley and chill at least a half hour before serving. At the table, pour on French dressing and toss gently using 2 forks, lifting from the bottom until well-coated.
