Salade de piments verts (green pepper salad)

4 larges Green peppers
⅓ cup Vegetable oil
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
20 \N Milliliters
\N \N Salt and pepper to taste
\N \N Garlic -- minced

Preheat oven to 400. Place the whole peppers on a flat baking tray and roast them, turning them often, until the skin is soft. Remove them from the oven and peel them.
