Fancy stuffed green pepper salad

Ingredients

2 | tablespoons | Finely chopped walnuts or pecans |
1 | 4 oz jar chopped pimentoes | |
2 | packs | 3 oz cream cheese |
3 | tablespoons | Mayonnaise |
1 | tablespoon | Sour cream |
1 | large | Green, red or yellow bell pepper |
Directions
Combine all ingredients, except bell pepper. Remove stem and seeds from bell pepper; fill with cream cheese mixture; chill thoroughly.
Slice thin crosswise slices. Serve on chilled salad plates over cold, crisp lettuce leaves. Salad dressing of your choice may be served with the salad. Serves 2 - 4.
