Fancy stuffed green pepper salad

Yield: 2 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Finely chopped walnuts or pecans
1 \N 4 oz jar chopped pimentoes
2 packs 3 oz cream cheese
3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Sour cream
1 large Green, red or yellow bell pepper

Combine all ingredients, except bell pepper. Remove stem and seeds from bell pepper; fill with cream cheese mixture; chill thoroughly.

Slice thin crosswise slices. Serve on chilled salad plates over cold, crisp lettuce leaves. Salad dressing of your choice may be served with the salad. Serves 2 - 4.
