Fresh green salad

½cupWater; cold
1cupWater; boiling
2tablespoonsLemon juice;
2tablespoonsSugar;
¼teaspoonSalt;
8ouncesOnion salad dressing;
cupSpinach; raw; chopped
cupCelery; chopped
½cupRadishes; chopped
2tablespoonsGreen onions; chopped

Directions

Soften gelatin in cold water in a medium bowl; add boiling water and stir until dissolved. Stir in lemon juice, sugar, and salt. chill until slighlty thickened.

Combine salad dressing with remaining ingredients; gently fold into gelatin. Spoon into a 6-cup mold, and chill until firm.
