Fresh green salad

Ingredients

| 2 | packs | Gelatin; unflavored; (2 tb.) |
| ½ | cup | Water; cold |
| 1 | cup | Water; boiling |
| 2 | tablespoons | Lemon juice; |
| 2 | tablespoons | Sugar; |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt; |
| 8 | ounces | Onion salad dressing; |
| 1½ | cup | Spinach; raw; chopped |
| 1½ | cup | Celery; chopped |
| ½ | cup | Radishes; chopped |
| 2 | tablespoons | Green onions; chopped |
Directions
Soften gelatin in cold water in a medium bowl; add boiling water and stir until dissolved. Stir in lemon juice, sugar, and salt. chill until slighlty thickened.
Combine salad dressing with remaining ingredients; gently fold into gelatin. Spoon into a 6-cup mold, and chill until firm.
