Greek salad with peppers

Ingredients

3Tomatoes, chopped
1Long English cucumer, chopped
1mediumOnion, thinly sliced
1largePepper, thinly sliced (Red, yellow or orange)
1cupGreek olives, or black olives
½cupFeta cheese, crumbled
DRESSING
¼cupRed wine vinegar
¾cupVegetable oil or olive oil
1teaspoonBasil
½teaspoonOregano
½teaspoonSalt
1dashGround pepper

Directions

Combine the tomatoes, cucumber, onion, peppers, olives and feta cheese in salad bowl. Mix dressing ingredients and add to salad. Toss and serve. Makes 5-6 servings.
