Baby lettuce salad with tart raspberry vinaigrette

4tablespoonsRaspberry vinegar
2tablespoonsRich lamb stock
1dashBlack pepper -- to taste
1teaspoonOregano -- chopped
1teaspoonChives -- chopped
4cupsBaby lettuce leaves

Directions

Stir together oil, vinegar, and lamb stock in a small bowl. Add herbs as close to serving time as possible. Toss with baby lettuce and serve.
