Rummed crab spread

1tablespoonCapers
2Eggs, hard cooked, quartered
2tablespoonsLime juice, fresh
¼cupDark rum
2tablespoonsPrepared mustard
¾teaspoonSalt
½teaspoonBlack pepper, fresh ground

Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Start at slow speed and increase to high. Serve as a spread with crackers or thin toast fingers.
