Rummed crab spread

Ingredients

| 6½ | ounce | Crab meat, can, drain\\flaked |
| 1 | tablespoon | Capers |
| 2 | Eggs, hard cooked, quartered | |
| 2 | tablespoons | Lime juice, fresh |
| ¼ | cup | Dark rum |
| 2 | tablespoons | Prepared mustard |
| ¾ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | teaspoon | Black pepper, fresh ground |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Start at slow speed and increase to high. Serve as a spread with crackers or thin toast fingers.
