Lemon-crab spread

Ingredients

| 1 | pounds | Imitation crab meat (you can also use crabmeat, smoked fish, salmon, or any cooked white fish) |
| ¼ | cup | Finely chopped chives |
| Finely grated rind of one lemon | ||
| ½ | teaspoon | Lemon juice or to taste |
| 1 | cup | Sour cream |
| ½ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
| ½ | cup | Mayonnaise |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
