Lemon-crab spread

1poundsImitation crab meat (you can also use crabmeat, smoked fish, salmon, or any cooked white fish)
¼cupFinely chopped chives
Finely grated rind of one lemon
½teaspoonLemon juice or to taste
1cupSour cream
½teaspoonGarlic powder
½cupMayonnaise
½teaspoonSalt

Directions
