Bagels with crab spread

Yield: 24 servings

Measure Ingredient
12 eaches Mini bagels, split
8 ounces Container soft-style cream cheese with olives and pimiento
1 each Tb chili sauce
1 teaspoon Horseradish
6½ ounce Can crabmeat, drained, flaked with cartilage removed
\N \N Snipped chives or parsley


Toast bagels lightly under the broiler 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

Meanwhile, for spread, stir together the cream cheese, chili sauce, and horseradish in a mixing bowl till combined. Stir in the crab.

Transfer mixture to a serving bowl. Garnish with snipped chives.
