Royal orange thai dressing

Measure Ingredient
5 tablespoons Orange juice
1 teaspoon Minced ginger
1 teaspoon Minced garlic
1 tablespoon Lite soy sauce
¼ cup Rice vinegar
1 pinch Cayenne, optional

This is a great salad dressing recipe I got from some cookbook and modified to be fat free by omitting 1 Tbsp sesame oil. The orange juice prevents the dressing from being overly sour in the absence of oil.
