1¼ cup Vegetable oil
½ cup Sesame oil
½ cup White vinegar
¼ cup Tamari soy sauce
½ cup Orange marmalade
¼ cup Honey
1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
¾ teaspoon Minced garlic in oil
½ teaspoon Ground ginger
1 Egg white
½ cup Mandarin orange sections; chopped in halves

In large mixing bowl (or in processor or blender), combine oils, vinegar, soy, marmalade, honey, cayenne, garlic and ginger. In a small bowl with a clean whisk, beat egg white until frothy.
