Orange cream dressing

Measure Ingredient

\N \N Constantly Combine orange juice and
\N \N ; cornstarch. Mix
\N \N Well and add to hot cream mixture. Remove
\N \N ; from heat.
\N \N Beat egg yolk in small bowl until thick.
\N \N ; Stir about 1/4
\N \N Hot mixture into yolk; then add to
\N \N ; remaining hot
\N \N Mixture; stirring constantly. Cook until
\N \N ; thickened.
\N \N Remove from heat and stir in honey and
\N \N ; vanilla. Yield: 1
