Spicy orange salad

Measure Ingredient
1 small Garlic clove; minced and mashed
\N \N ; to a paste with 1/4
\N \N ; teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon Olive oil
⅛ teaspoon Cayenne
⅛ teaspoon Ground coriander
⅛ teaspoon Ground cumin
2 \N Navel oranges; peeled, the zest
\N \N ; and pith cut away
\N \N ; with a serrated
\N \N ; knife, and each
\N \N ; orange cut
\N \N ; crosswise into 4 or
\N \N ; 5 slices
1 teaspoon Minced fresh coriander

In a small bowl stir together the garlic paste, the oil, the cayenne, the ground coriander, and the cumin. Arrange the orange slices on a serving dish or 2 plates, drizzle them with the dressing, and sprinkle the salad with the fresh coriander.

Serves 2.
