Ingredients

| ½ | cup | Yellow chilli shreds |
| ¼ | cup | Crushed garlic |
| 2 | tablespoons | Pickled garlic, crushed with juice |
| 1 | tablespoon | Chopped coriander root |
| ¼ | cup | Fish sauce |
| ½ | cup | Lime juice |
| 2 | tablespoons | Palm sugar |
Directions
Combine all ingredients, stirring well. Can be stored indefinitely in a refigerator if kept in a sealed jar. Can be used as a dipping sauce and in a variety of Thai dishes.
