Roquefort cheese ball

Measure Ingredient
1½ pounds Roquefort, room temp
1 pounds Cream cheese, room temp
½ pounds Butter, room temp
\N \N Cognac to taste
\N \N Pecans, crush

Process all but nuts. Divide in half. Roll in foil. Refrigerate until workable. Roll in nuts.
