Or Italian bread; cut 1/4\" thick slice
3ouncesRoquefort; cambozola, or other
1Full flavored blue cheese; softened
1tablespoonDry sherry
2teaspoonsFinely minced green onion
1teaspoonFinely minced garlic

Directions

Toast bread rounds lightly under a broiler. Beat remaining ingredients together and spread evenly on croutes.
