| 1 | Full flavored blue cheese; softened | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Dry sherry |
| 2 | teaspoons | Finely minced green onion |
| 1 | teaspoon | Finely minced garlic |
Directions
Toast bread rounds lightly under a broiler. Beat remaining ingredients together and spread evenly on croutes.
