Roquefort cream dressing

| 2 | tablespoons | Crumbled Roquefort; (it's available) |
| ½ | cup | Sour cream |
| 1 | teaspoon | Vinegar |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| ½ | teaspoon | Chopped parsley |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Tarragon |
Directions
Put roquefort into a bowl and mash it well. Gradually stir in the sour cream, vinegar, salt, pepper, parsley and tarragon. Stir well. Refrigerate or serve.
