Roquefort cream dressing

2 | tablespoons | Crumbled Roquefort; (it's available) |
½ | cup | Sour cream |
1 | teaspoon | Vinegar |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
½ | teaspoon | Chopped parsley |
¼ | teaspoon | Tarragon |
Directions
Put roquefort into a bowl and mash it well. Gradually stir in the sour cream, vinegar, salt, pepper, parsley and tarragon. Stir well. Refrigerate or serve.
