2 tablespoons | Crumbled Roquefort; (it's available) |
½ cup | Sour cream |
1 teaspoon | Vinegar |
½ teaspoon | Salt |
¼ teaspoon | Pepper |
½ teaspoon | Chopped parsley |
¼ teaspoon | Tarragon |
Put roquefort into a bowl and mash it well. Gradually stir in the sour cream, vinegar, salt, pepper, parsley and tarragon. Stir well. Refrigerate or serve.
