Roberta grant's swiss steak for crockpot

Ingredients

2tablespoonsFlour
1teaspoonSalt
teaspoonPepper
2tablespoonsSalad oil
116oz tomatoes; cut up
1largeOnion; sliced
1Stalk celery; thinly sliced
1tablespoonThick bottled steak sauce

Directions

Cut steak into serving size pieces. Coat with flour, salt and pepper. Brown in skillet with oil. Pour off excess fat. Put all in crockpot. Cover, cook 6 to 8 hours on low. Thicken juices with additional flour dissolved in water (small amount).

Makes 5 to 6 servings.
