Crock pot swiss steak

Ingredients

2tablespoonsFlour
½teaspoonSalt
¼teaspoonPepper
poundsRound steak; (up to 2)
1mediumOnion; diced
2tablespoonsButter
1canTomato soup or equivalent whole tomatoes or stewed tomatoes
½cupWater
teaspoonVinegar

Directions

Combine flour, salt, pepper and pound mixture into steak. Brown steak in butter and onion. Add tomato soup, water, vinegar and place in crock pot.

Let simmer 3 to 4 hours (is more tender if left all day). Serves 4 to 6.
