Swiss steak-crock pot <mom's>

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ pounds Round steak, chopped
2 tablespoons Flour
\N \N Salt
\N \N Pepper
1 medium Onion, sliced
1 \N Carrot, chopped
1 \N Stalk celery, chopped
15 ounces Tomato sauce

Season flour with salt and pepper. Dredge meat flour. Place vegetables on bottom of crock, add meat, top with tomato sauce.
