| 6 | Eggs; separated | |
| 1 | cup | Sour cream | 
| ¼ | teaspoon | Soda | 
| 2 | teaspoons | Vanilla extract | 
| 2 | teaspoons | Almond extract | 
Directions
Cream butter and sugar; add egg yolks one at a time. Combine soda and sour cream; add alternately with flour to the mixtre. Add extracts. 
Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into cake batter.Bake in a greased and floured tube pan or angel food cake pan at 325 for 1½ hours.
