8 ounces | Swiss cheese; shredded |
8 ounces | Mozzarella cheese; shredded |
16 ounces | Sauerkraut; drained, use scissors to cut in small pieces |
¾ cup | Mayonnaise |
½ cup | Thousand Island dressing |
Mix ingredients together and cook 15-20 minutes to blend flavors. Use bagel chips either plain or flavored (garlic are delicious), pumpernickel or rye bread pieces are excellent too.
