Reuben bread

Yield: 1 loaf

Measure Ingredient
2½ teaspoon Active yeast
2¼ cup Bread flour
1 cup Rye flour
2 tablespoons Gluten
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Dry mustard
⅛ teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Caraway seeds
3 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded
¼ cup Sauerkraut,rinsed & drained
3 tablespoons Thousand island dressing
1 cup Plus 2 tbs warm water
2½ ounce Deli sliced lean corn
\N \N Beef

All ingredients must be at room temperature except water at 110 degree F. Add all ingredients to ABM in the order listed. Select white bread and start.
