Ingredients

| 1 | pack | (10 Oz) Refrig. Buttermilk Biscuits |
| ¼ | pounds | Thinly Sliced Corned Beef; Chopped (About 1 C) |
| ½ | cup | Sauerkraut; Drained |
| 4 | ounces | Swiss Cheese; Shredded (1 C) |
Directions
Separate each biscuit into 4 thin layers. Press each layer into mini-muffin cups that have been coated with no-stick cooking spray. In medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients; divide mixture among biscuit cups. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes or until biscuits are browned and cheese is melted.
