Measure | Ingredient |

5 tablespoons | Raspberry vinegar |
2 tablespoons | Soy sauce |
\N \N | Crushed garlic to taste (optional) |
Mix the raspberry vinegar with the soy sauce and add the garlic to taste if wanted. Leave to stand for a while before serving to allow the flavours to mingle. A lovely summer dressing for leafy salads.
