Raisin relish

Yield: 12 Oz.

Measure Ingredient
¾ cup Plump raisins
1 tablespoon Chopped fresh ginger
2 Garlic cloves; finely chopped
1½ teaspoon Sugar
¼ teaspoon Mustard seeds
¼ teaspoon Cayenne pepper
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ cup White wine vinegar

1. Put all ingredients into a food processor or blender and process until finely chopped.

2. Store in refrigerator until ready to use.
