Raisin filling

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Chopped raisins
⅔ cup Sugar
1 cup Boiling water
1½ teaspoon Flour
1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Combine raisins, sugar, lemon juice, and flour. Add water. Cook over hot water, stirring constantly, until thick and smooth.
