Raisin chutney

1tablespoonChopped fresh ginger
½teaspoonCayenne
½teaspoonSalt
4tablespoonsWater
½Lemon ; juice of

Directions

Put all ingredients in the blender, adding the lemon juice last. Blend until add ingredients form a coarse paste. Will keep in the refrigerator for about two weeks.
