Raisin chutney

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Raisins
1 tablespoon Chopped fresh ginger
½ teaspoon Cayenne
½ teaspoon Salt
4 tablespoons Water
½ Lemon ; juice of

Put all ingredients in the blender, adding the lemon juice last. Blend until add ingredients form a coarse paste. Will keep in the refrigerator for about two weeks.
