Raisin sauce

Ingredients

| ½ | cup | Raisins, cut or chopped into small pieces | 
| 1 | cup | Sugar | 
| ½ | cup | Water | 
| 1 | tablespoon | Worcestershire sauce | 
| 2 | tablespoons | Butter | 
| 3 | tablespoons | Wine vinegar | 
| Tabasco sauce (a few drops) | ||
| Salt & Pepper | ||
| 1 | pinch | Ground Mace | 
| ¼ | cup | Red Currant Jelly | 
Directions
Method:  Dissolve sugar in water, then boil steadily for 5 minutes. 
Add remaining ingredients and simmer gently until the red currant jelly has dissolved.  Serve hot or cold with ham.
