Quick mackerel pate

Measure Ingredient
400 grams Mackerel fillets; (13oz)
1 bunch Salad onions; thinly sliced
\N \N ; (leaving a few to
\N \N ; one side to
\N \N ; garnish)
1 \N 200 gram car low fat soft cheese
\N \N Few drops tabasco sauce
½ \N Lemon; juice of
\N \N Freshly ground black pepper

Flake the fish into a large bowl.

Stir in the rest of the ingredients until well blended.

Chill until required.
