Pickled mackerel

Measure Ingredient
32 \N Mackerel
1 teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Cloves
2½ cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Dry mustard
1 tablespoon Cinnamon
\N \N Vinegar to cover

Pack fish in layers with other ingredients. Cover with vinegar. Bake 4 hours at 300 degrees.
