Mackerel salad

| 10 | ounces | Small New Potatoes, Scrubbed quartered, cooked and cooled |
| 2 | Celery Stalks, trimmed and thinly sliced | |
| ¼ | pint | Reduced-Calorie Thousand Island Dressing |
| Chopped Fresh Chives to Garnish | ||
Directions
In a large bowl, combine smoked-mackerel fillets, cookeed potatoes, celery and dressing. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with chopped chives.
