Mackerel salad

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
12 ounces Ready-to-eat smoked-Mackerel fillets, fresh or frozen, skinned and cubed.
10 ounces Small New Potatoes, Scrubbed quartered, cooked and cooled
2 \N Celery Stalks, trimmed and thinly sliced
¼ pint Reduced-Calorie Thousand Island Dressing
\N \N Chopped Fresh Chives to Garnish

In a large bowl, combine smoked-mackerel fillets, cookeed potatoes, celery and dressing. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with chopped chives.
