|10 ounces||Small New Potatoes, Scrubbed quartered, cooked and cooled|
|2||Celery Stalks, trimmed and thinly sliced|
|¼ pint||Reduced-Calorie Thousand Island Dressing|
|Chopped Fresh Chives to Garnish|
In a large bowl, combine smoked-mackerel fillets, cookeed potatoes, celery and dressing. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with chopped chives.
