10ouncesSmall New Potatoes, Scrubbed quartered, cooked and cooled
2Celery Stalks, trimmed and thinly sliced
¼pintReduced-Calorie Thousand Island Dressing
Chopped Fresh Chives to Garnish

Directions

In a large bowl, combine smoked-mackerel fillets, cookeed potatoes, celery and dressing. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with chopped chives.
