Pudding mix chocolate chip cookies

2¼ cup Unsifted flour
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 cup Margarine; softened
¼ cup Granulated sugar
¾ cup Brown sugar; packed
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 pack Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix; (4 serving pac
2 \N Eggs
12 ounces Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 cup Chopped nuts; (optional)

Mix flour with baking soda. Combine butter, the sugars, vanilla, and pudding mix in a large mixing bowl; beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture; then stir in chips and nuts. Drop by rounded measuring teaspoons, about 2" apart, onto ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.

For Chocolate Chocolate-Chip Cookies, use Chocolate flavored instant pudding mix rather than Vanilla.
