Pudding chip cookies

1 | cup | (2 sticks) butter; softened |
¼ | cup | Granulated sugar |
1 | \N | Box (4 serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Instant pudding (do NOT use sugar free!!!!) |
¾ | cup | Firmly packed brown sugar (dark or light, doesn't matter) |
2 | \N | Eggs |
1 | teaspoon | Vanilla |
2¼ | cup | Flour |
1 | teaspoon | Baking soda |
1 | pack | (12 ounces) semi-sweet REAL chocolate chips |
1 | cup | Chopped walnuts |
OPTIONAL
Heat oven to 375. Beat butter, eggs & vanilla in large bowl on medium speed until light & fluffy. Mix in flour and baking soda. Stir in chips and walnuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls, 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake 10 minutes, or until golden. Cool on wire racks.
Makes about 6 dozen cookies.
