Monster chocolate chip cookies

2 Sticks butter; softened
1 cup Dark brown sugar; packed
¾ cup Granulated sugar
2 Eggs
2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
3 cups Flour
¾ teaspoon Baking soda
½ teaspoon Salt
12 ounces Semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup Walnuts or macadamia nuts chopped
