Pressgurka- cucumber salad

Ingredients

6Cucumbers -- peeled
1teaspoonSalt
2tablespoonsSugar
1tablespoonDill -- chopped
4tablespoonsMild vinegar
Sprinkling caraway seeds
(optional)

Directions

Thiny slice the peeled cucumbers. Mix with the salt. Place a plate with a weight over the cucumbers to squeeze out the liquid. Drain after one hour.

Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the cucumbers.
