Cucumber salad 3

Ingredients

2eachesCucumbers, peeled, halved & seeded
Juice of 1 lime
teaspoonSugar
¼cupSoy sauce
½smallRed onion, thinly sliced
1smallFresh red chili pepper, thinly sliced
1smallFresh green chili pepper, thinly sliced
2eachesPlum tomatoes, sliced
Whole chili peppers
Cilantro sprigs

Directions

Cut cucumber halves into 2" long sections. Cut each section into ¼" thick strips. Place in a bowl. Add the lime juice, sugar & soy sauce. Toss gently until well combined. Add onions, chilis & tomatoes & toss gently until well combined. Garnish with the whole chilies & cilantro sprigs.
