German cucumber salad #2

1Onion; thinly sliced
2Tomatoes; peeled, thinly sliced
2tablespoonsFresh parsley; snipped
½cupSour cream
½teaspoonPrepared mustard
3tablespoonsFresh dill; minced
2tablespoonsVinegar
2tablespoonsMilk
¼teaspoonSalt
Pepper; to taste

Directions

In a lg. bowl, combine cucumbers, onion, tomatoes, and parsley; set aside. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients; pour over cucumber mixture. Stir well to mix ingredients. Cover and chill at least 1 hr.
