German cucumber salad #2

Ingredients

1 large Cucumber; thinly sliced
1 Onion; thinly sliced
2 Tomatoes; peeled, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons Fresh parsley; snipped
½ cup Sour cream
½ teaspoon Prepared mustard
3 tablespoons Fresh dill; minced
2 tablespoons Vinegar
2 tablespoons Milk
¼ teaspoon Salt
Pepper; to taste

Directions

In a lg. bowl, combine cucumbers, onion, tomatoes, and parsley; set aside. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients; pour over cucumber mixture. Stir well to mix ingredients. Cover and chill at least 1 hr.
